According to Germany’s Service Champions review by
ServiceValue, Frankfurt Airport title highest among Germany’s major airports. The airport also won the “Service Champion
Gold” for ranking within 150 among the service companies. This survey is
based on the feedbacks given by more than 1 million passengers.
“Fraport’s commitment contain the Great to Have You Here
quality service program, which we start on several years ago to make departing
and transferring at Frankfurt Airport faster and more at ease. This has been absolutely
established by our passengers,” said Thomas Kirner, Head of Service Quality,
Fraport AG.
Latest services bring in by Frankfurt take in new relaxation
areas for adults and safe playground for the kids while they used up their time
in the airport, new smoking lounges, connecting the airport with the web portal
so that passengers can benefit the Airport Guide online, FRA Airport App for
smart phones and specially-trained Personal Shoppers to assist the passengers.
